Payment Terms & Conditions

Rojone offers a range of convenient methods of payment. In some instances, prior arrangement with the company may be required for some transactions.

PRE-PAYMENTS
A “PROFORMA” invoice is provided for normal prepayment orders. This proforma invoice is used to confirm your requirement and provide you with detailed of our direct debit facilities either in Euro, Australian or US Dollar currencies.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
For orders received and shipped within Australia, Rojone will accept a valid American Express*, MasterCard or Visa credit card as payment. Government credit cards are welcome.  International orders will need prior authorisation before a credit card can be accepted.  Credit cards are not debited until goods are ready for shipment. A copy of the credit card receipt is attached to the Tax Invoice & shipped together with your products.

* American Express payments attract a 3% surcharge.

DIRECT DEBITS
Rojone welcomes direct debit payments for either new orders or as payment for existing credit accounts.  We have three direct debit accounts (Euro, Australian or US Dollar) depending on the currency you have been quoted and will be invoiced in.

CHEQUE ON DELIVERY (COD)
By prior arrangement, Rojone will accept a cheque for deliveries made by Rojone’s own courier, sales staff or some appointed vehicle tracking product installers.  Please assure prior arrangements have been made otherwise your order may be unnecessarily held up.

ACCOUNT FACILITIES
Rojone offers customers who intend making regular purchases the opportunity to apply for a 30 Day Credit account facility.  Please download our “CREDIT ACCOUNT APPLICATION” form should you with to apply for an account.

COUNTER SALES
Rojone also offers customers the ability to collect product ordered from our Ingleburn facility (Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm).  Counter sale payments can be made by prepayment – direct debit to our account, credit card or cash if preferred.  All counter sales are furnished with a Tax Invoice for a record of your purchase.  Please ensure this Tax Invoice is kept for warranty purposes.
