Shipping Methods & Charges

Rojone uses three methods for shipping orders to customers:

Australian Air Express (Airbags) – Used for small articles up to 5 KGs
Toll Ipec Road Transport – for larger orders & cable supplies
Federal Express – for international orders

Cost of shipping is typically kept to a minimum or charged at cost based on the item & volume ordered.

AUSTRALIA WIDE

A$16.50 per delivery inc GST
Apply to orders up to 5KG in weight & can be shipped in a standard sir satchel.

A$…….. Shipping at cost
Applies to all other volume orders.

FREIGHT SHIPPED COLLECT

Rojone is happy to ship goods collect using your nominated freight carrier. Please notify us of your carrier and account number at the time of ordering so we can make arrangements for shipping as specified. No packing and handling charges apply for using your own freight carrier.

SAME DAY SHIPMENT

From time to time, we receive customer requests for same day shipment of orders. We can accommodate these requests on most occasions. Shipping same day attracts much higher freight rates which will be charged at cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Rojone has negotiated competitive rates with Federal Express international carriers. Goods being shipped internationally, unless otherwise requested, will be sent on our account and charged to our customer at cost. Federal Express is a door to door service, including pick up at our factory, customs clearance and delivery to your office or factory. This prepaid service EXCLUDES destination taxes and duties; these are always payable by the receiver.
